Service Description: One-on-one counselling and group supports for caregivers, including family and friends

Peer support and discussion for caregivers, including family and friends * educational video series

Peer support groups, education, and training for family members, service providers, and caregivers * sessions may include information such as advanced directives and safety issues

Designed to empower young care givers and their families through a variety of free services and activities
